Perfectly situated on the road from Harima (Himeji) to Izumo (Shimane), Tsuyama has been a center of commerce and transportation for centuries. Also home to many important scholars of Western studies, Tsuyama's intellectuals helped bring Japan into the modern era. With the castle as the main focal point of Tsuyama life, we have taken the idea of "come together at the villa" as our hotel's theme.
